FINGER-LICKING GOOD GRUB

Here in the Coachella Valley I volunteer at CV Horse Rescue and find great peace and solitude while tending to the horses and other animals. After a day out on the range, there's nothing heartier than sitting down to enjoy some cowgirl style grub: baby back ribs with my homemade sweet and sour barbecue sauce, homestyle coleslaw, with light and flaky cornbread. It is finger-licking good!
